When it is, the prescription goes directly to your pharmacy electronically.

What to have ready for your visit
The medication name, strength, and how you take it. Why it was originally prescribed and by whom. Your current pharmacy. Any recent records, lab results, or relevant health changes. Depending on the medication, your provider may also ask about blood pressure readings, recent lab work, or pregnancy status before continuing a prescription.
Not every refill can be handled online
Telehealth may be appropriate for many established non-controlled medications, but some prescriptions require recent laboratory results, vital signs, prior medical records, or specialist oversight. Every refill request is reviewed individually by a licensed healthcare provider. Not every visit results in a prescription.
Do not stop a medication while waiting for your visit
Some medications can cause withdrawal symptoms or serious health problems if interrupted suddenly. If you are out of an essential medication or developing symptoms, contact your prescribing clinician, your pharmacy, or an appropriate urgent-care provider. Do not wait for a scheduled telehealth appointment.

We review a wide range of non-controlled medications including those for blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, diabetes, anxiety, depression, birth control, erectile dysfunction, medical weight support, hair loss, skincare, and more. Whether a refill is appropriate depends on the medication, your health history, and what information is available. Some medications require recent lab results, vital signs, or prior records before a provider can safely continue them.
Can you refill controlled substances?
No. MyPhysician360 does not prescribe or refill controlled substances through this service, including stimulant medications, opioid pain medications, or benzodiazepines. Contact the clinician who currently manages that medication to discuss the appropriate refill pathway.
Do I need to be an existing patient?
No. You do not need to have seen a MyPhysician360 provider previously. You will complete a health intake covering your current medications, health history, and why the medication was originally prescribed. Having records or prior prescription history available helps your provider give you the most thorough review.
How long will my refill supply be?
The days' supply of any prescription is determined by the provider based on the medication, your health history, and what is clinically appropriate. We cannot guarantee a specific quantity in advance. Your provider will discuss what makes sense for your situation during the visit.
Is this visit HSA or FSA eligible?
Visits may be eligible — check with your plan administrator to confirm based on your specific plan.
